Experience the heart and soul of the iconic Aretha Franklin as Australia’s own ‘Soul Mama’, Angie Narayan presents an unmissable and unique show combining storytelling, song and soul!  

Crafted to be an intimate experience, R•E•S•P•E•C•T will connect audiences with Angie in a symbiosis of artist and audience, bringing them closer to Aretha than they have ever been. 

R•E•S•P•E•C•T is a body, mind and soul experience. Backing up the dynamic vocals and abundant energy of Angie are the slick sounds of her 7-piece band, and some of the finest vocal arrangements you will hope to hear. The journey begins with a bang in the 1960s, as Angie and the band take you back in time kicking off the evening where Aretha’s career all began.
